The purpose is to earn volunteer hours to put on my College application. Why? Because it is easier to get into the college of my choice that way.

I volunteer in the NICU of a hospital. I totally forget the name of the department you contact, but I picked up the volunteer package and completed it (hospitals do criminal background checks now), I also had to have a drug screen, and a screen for different diseases. I had to be screened for diseases because of the unit of the hospital I was working in plus, I would be holding and feeding the babies. Once I was cleared, I purchased a volunteer uniform, and had my picture taken for a badge. In my hospital, you have to work a minimum hours a week to stay active.

How do I keep Photoshop from applying previous setting to new layers?
I am working on a project, and every time I create a new layer, it applies the styles from a previous layer in a group to the new layer. This is very frustrating. I need it to allow me to use completely fresh layers. It also seems like some of the layers are linked, because when I change one, the other layer changes also! I don't see why it would paste the layer style for every layer. Check and see if you made it a setting that every time you hit ctrl-shift-n or added a new layer that it automatically pastes the style.

Well if your in the states, and already had the bank account to begin with, it will take about 2-4 business days (we quote 5-6 to be safe). It honestly does not take long at all. Even when I set up my brand new account, I had the card in the mail just a few days later. Also my husband just ordered a new one over the phone and it took 3 days. I worked for a bank and ordered new cards for people all the time :)

You can also buy a eyeliner sealer like She- Laq which is made by benefit cosmetics and can seal many things like lip color liner and mascara.
Get the waterproof. But you'll need a special remover to get it off.
Use a primer. Urban Decay makes a good one, but there are others out there as well. I use CoverGirls retractable with a primer and never have many issues anymore. (And I wear it heavy.)

How many colleges should you apply to?
some people at my school are applying to around 15-20 colleges! i think that's insane. i think 5-6 plus a backup is enough. what do you think?

How much coconut oil should I apply to hair?
Yesterday, I applied lots and lots of coconut oil maybe a handful and a half... because my hair is long and I didn't warm it up,,,, so it was all thick and sticky... I left it overnight...
then on the next morning I applied 2 eggs and a tbsp of coconut oil warm to my hair left it on for 30 mins...
and I had to wash my hair 3 times with shampoo and cond. (Garnier) and it still hasn't come off...

These home ';cures'; to repair dry, damaged hair rarely work. Instead of going through all this work your should have bought yourself a good deep conditioner from you local professional salon.
As to removing all the crap off of your hair.....buy yourself a clarifing shampoo and a good conditioner.

along time since ive done it but i think it was 3-5, well 3 to 5 applications you could apply for '5' different courses at the same uni if you wanted to.

My kitten has Upper Respitory Infection. Given antibiotics from the vet along with some oozing eye ointment. I'm a little confused as to the rhythm and where to apply the ointment. You apply it directly to the eyeball. Hold the cat like a lady's purse under your arm with it's head close to your hand. Use that hand to pry open the eyelid. Use the other to squeeze in the meds, and pray you don't get YOUR eye scratched out.
They should have given you a ';big-ish'; tube. Squirt some in and hope for the best. Seriously. The cat will be trying to kill you. Just get some in there and call it good.
TIPS:
Hold the cat's head like a baseball.
Use your index and middle fingers to open the eye.
It's fine if you can only get the top lid up. Squirt it in and let go quick before you lose skin.
ETA:
~Yes - wipe the ooze with a warm, wet washcloth.
~Steam helps with congestion, sneezing and cold symptoms. Run your shower the hottest it will go and let her hang out in the bathroom. No need to get her wet. Hold the eyelids together for a few moments so it can coat the eye then release your cat,how often should be on the label instructions.

Hold your kitty or have someone else do it and with a very steady hand..pull down the lower eye lid and squeeze a drop of the ointment there...when the cat blinks it will automatically go into the eye where it belongs...it's a little tricky but you will get the hang of it...just be careful not to poke the cat in the eye with the tube...if you squeeze it out enough it can kind of ';drop'; into the lower lid.
Also if your cats eyes are running now don't be nervous if they still look ';squinty'; as long as you are using the ointment they will look like that.

Put the kitten on the table, have the dab on the end of your finger in the right hand, hold the kitten's head with your left hand (talk to them, it distracts them) and gently spread open the eyelid with your right hand thumb and second finger, then dab the gel on the eyeball. A VERY light touch on their upper eyelid once they close their eye will help a tad to get it spread, but usually the cat handles it fine.
Phone your vet tomorrow and ask for an update on the instructions.
My cat garfield had the same thing when he was a kitten, my sister held him and i put the ointment in his eye I put it kind of in the corner of his eye and took his eyelids and made him blink, he put up a fight but his eyes are as clear as they can be now his right eye was the only one that was infected. He has a very small blind spot on it but it's seeming to go away as he gets older... he's six years old now but he was about four or five months when he was sick. also garfield squeaks instead of meow's...

I've done a little checking around, and it turns out that I can apply for a restraining order against a guy that has sent me numerous hate messages (Exposing %26amp; Harassing me for a genetic condition), and repeatedly got in contact in order to upset me. (I have taken numerous steps against this, but he always finds ways.)
I know I'm applicable now, so I don't need advice on that. What I want to know is what are the ways I can apply for a restraining order?
Preferably I would like to do this online, next on the phone, otherwise I wouldn't mind going to a police station. (I'll do this either way, I'm serious about making it happen.) Also, do I have to go to court? Would I need a lawyer?

One applied for a restraining in court with all documentations of abuse..harassment..etc..make police reports, and file charges if you want..police would help you with that..

Put a small dot where you need it, and then use your finger to blend the concealer into your skin. Get a concealer that matches your skin tone very well, because if it is too dark, you will be able to notice. If you do not have a wand, put a generous amount of concealer onto your fingertip and gently rub it into your imperfection. Concealer can be used on pimples, zits, blotches, patches of black heads, scars, or any other mark on your skin you'd prefer not be noticed.
Eyeshadow- If you have packed eyeshadow, get a clean eyeshadow brush and swipe it across the packed powder a few times, and then tap the brush over the container to shake off excess eyeshadow. Next, gently swipe the shadow on your lid evenly. It's up to you if you want to use it on your crease or brow bone next. For skin-tone colors, all over your eye lid (up to the brow) is fine. If you have loose powder, shake your container back and forth gently to let excess powder fall back into the container. This next part is optional, but is recommened to keep you gloss on for longer. Give the gloss 2 minutes to dry, then find a clear top coat and apply that like you did the gloss. Top coats keep the gloss on for longer and make it more shiny. Don't forget to kiss the toliet paper afterwards!

We just got passports at the post office, and they take checks and cash, but no debit cards or credit cards. I wrote a $37 check to Postmaster and a $60 the Department of State. If the checks bounce, I think to go to jail, FYI...

go to clinque and buy their lash defining mascara.
it has brushes on one side, and a tiny comb on the other
to prevent clumps.
its really easy. all you need is practice.
apply it slowly at first, a steady hand, and focus
Use a business card and cut it out into a semi-circle until it fits the lid of your eye. Place the card behind your lashes and start!
Wiping the excess mascara off the wand before you start makes the application a lot easier. Scrape the head of the wand over the top of the mascara tube first so that the excess goes back in and you don't waste too much, and then take a tissue ( a coffee filter works too), and use that to wipe off some more mascara (the best way is to squeeze the tissue over the wand then pull the wand out). After you do that its almost impossible for the mascara to clump when you apply it, but since there wont be very much on there you'll probably want to swipe it over lashes a few times. When you apply it, you could also move the wand in a zig zag motion started at the roots and then straight up the rest of the length. Hope that helps!

- rub all over skin for like 3 minutes to make sure you get it everywhere evenly
