How does Ivan Pavlov's Classical Conditioning theory apply to everyday practice?

Am doing an assignment about theorists and have to say how their theories apply to my everyday working practice in my preschool. Any ideas? How does Ivan Pavlov's Classical Conditioning theory apply to everyday practice?
