for example. if i live in the u.s and i want to gain duel citizenship to japan, do i apply for it??. also, how would one gain it in general. i was born in the u.s, my family has been u.s citizens for many generations, but i would like to gain duel citizenship for cultural/family reasons, and maybe to buy property and vacation their.To gain duel citizenship to another country do you apply? how does gaining it work. example in details?
