Hey guys! I surfed the web and found that this product mentioned in the title is a very good gel for whitening the teeth... I bought and tried it but i think im not doing it properly. ^^
How much do you apply on the mouth guard and how long do you guys recommend?

Very little on the mouthguard, because even if you put a lot it will get squeezed out resulting in :
1. You will run out too soon
2. The squeezed out material will get amudged all over the gum area and burn the area.
